1. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. An Exchange will only be granted due to a difference in size or damaged goods received.
3. The exchange would be limited to the item/s received and they cannot be exchanged for another item in our catalog
4. You will have to return the product to our provided address within 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
5. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the Screenshot / Email / reciept or any proof of purchase.
6. Any malfunction in the provided set purchase system and extended problems can be reported on firstname.lastname@example.org and the telephone
7. To maintain fairness, the problems issued will be resolved on a case by case basis.
8. The Raven reserves the right of declining the orders if they’re out of stock or the desired size is not available in our offering.
9. Minute differences in color may be discerned due to different lighting conditions during photography and/or minute differences in color contrast on different screens. Thus, exchanges on this basis will not be entertained.
10.All product purchases can be exchanged within the time frame of 14 days subject to the conditions that the product is defective/faulty at the time of delivery or the product does not match the original specification.
11.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

There is no refund policy currently being up-held.
